Welcome to FaceSpy! Our service utilizes AI-powered image analysis to help you discover OnlyFans content creators who have a similar visual appearance to an image you provide. FaceSpy is offered as a tool for entertainment, inspiration, and content discovery.

The results generated by the Service are based on algorithmic visual similarity and are not intended to be, nor should they be construed as, definitive identifications of any individual. Similarities may be coincidental. You agree to use the Service in a manner consistent with this entertainment and discovery purpose and not for attempting to identify, locate, or verify the identity of any specific person, or for any use that could be invasive of privacy, harassing, or defamatory. 2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the FaceSpy service ("Service") provided by QUANTACORE SL (NIF B70820279, "FaceSpy", "we", "us") you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

3. Eligibility

• You must be 18 years or older and legally competent.
• The Service contains adult content. Do not proceed if this is illegal where you reside.

4. Service Description

FaceSpy is an AI-powered image-search utility that compares user‑supplied images against a database of publicly available OnlyFans profile photos (including historic captures) to help users discover lookalike content creators. As stated in our Service Purpose, this tool is intended for finding creators with similar appearances for entertainment and content discovery, not for definitive identification of individuals. FaceSpy is not affiliated with OnlyFans.

5. Account & Subscription

*Fair‑use limits apply; FaceSpy may throttle or suspend excessive activity.

6. User Responsibilities

• Legal rights: Upload only images you own or possess lawful permission to process.
• No minors: Uploading imagery of anyone under 18 is strictly prohibited.
• No illegal or harassing use: You may not exploit the Service for stalking, doxxing, defamation, discrimination, or other unlawful activity.
• Nature of Lookalike Suggestions: The Service provides suggestions of lookalike creators based on visual similarity. These are not guaranteed identity matches and are probabilistic estimates, which may include inaccuracies or coincidental resemblances. You agree to use the Service for discovering new content and creators with similar aesthetics, primarily for entertainment and discovery, and not for the purpose of definitively identifying or locating specific individuals based on an uploaded image. Interpret results with this understanding.
• Accuracy risk: Matches are probabilistic estimates and may contain false positives or negatives. No guarantee of accuracy, completeness, or reliability is made; you agree to verify results independently before relying on them.

7. License to Uploaded Content

You grant FaceSpy a worldwide, non‑exclusive, royalty‑free, revocable licence to store, analyze, and process your uploaded images solely for the purpose of providing the lookalike creator discovery Service. This involves comparing visual features in your uploaded image with those in our database of public profiles to find lookalikes. Except for unlocked searches (retained to preserve paid access), images are deleted automatically 30 days after upload or sooner upon your deletion request.

8. Prohibited Conduct

• Uploading or requesting CSAM or non‑consensual intimate imagery;
• Attempting to de‑anonymize or reverse engineer private OnlyFans content;
• Circumventing technical limitations, scraping, or automated usage not approved by FaceSpy;
• Violating applicable laws or third‑party rights.

9. Content Removal & Takedown

Depicted individuals or rights‑holders may request removal via the DMCA & Takedown Policy.

10. Termination

FaceSpy may suspend or terminate accounts for any breach of these Terms or suspected illegal activity. Premium fees are non‑refundable, except as required by law.

11. Refunds

All sales are final. If you experience technical issues, contact refunds@face‑spy.com within 7 days of purchase; FaceSpy may, at its sole discretion, issue a goodwill credit or refund.

12. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." FACESPY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON‑INFRINGEMENT.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FaceSpy's aggregate liability shall not exceed the greater of: (a) total fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim; or (b) US $50.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FaceSpy, its officers, employees, and agents from any claim arising out of your use of the Service, your content, or your breach of these Terms.

15. Governing Law & Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without regard‑of‑law principles. Exclusive venue lies in the courts of Las Palmas, Canary Islands.

16. Updates to Terms

We may revise these Terms with 30 days' notice via email or in‑service banner. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
